Abstract

В статье рассматривается понятие объективной стороны состава преступления, обосновывается высокая общественная опасность экологических правонарушений. Автор предлагает объединить все действующие правила охраны окружающей среды в один нормативный правовой акт, который будет регулировать круг вопросов, связанных с производством работ, нарушение которых образует состав преступления.
