Налоговые И Кредитные Стимулы Развития Малого Предпринимательства

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы развития малого предпринимательства на примере Республики Татарстан с учетом кредитных и налоговых аспектов. Подчеркивается, что успешность становления малого и среднего предпринимательства зависит в немалой степени от региональной политики, проводимой исполнительной и законодательной властью. Особая роль принадлежит банковской сфере, которая может способствовать развитию малого и среднего бизнеса, предлагая относительно дешевые кредиты и упрощенное их оформление. Отмечается, что налоговые стимулы, выраженные в предоставлении специальных режимов налогообложения, не вызывают дальнейшего кардинального изменения и вполне приемлемы для успешного развития малого предпринимательства.
