Abstract

В статье автор делает попытку обратить внимание руководящих работников государства, ответственных за разработку, утверждение и претворение в жизнь государственной социально-экономической и фискальной политики, на необходимость руководствоваться при принятии решений по столь судьбоносным для страны документам не заинтересованным лоббированием узко ведомственных и личных интересов, а, прежде всего, концептуальными научными основами, определяющими общественную социально-экономическую эффективность такой политики в развитии общества, действительно стремящегося к достижению главных ценностей в жизни каждого человека: познания истины, большей продолжительности жизни, достаточности и благополучия.
