Совершенствование Механизма Управления Стратегией Устойчивого Развития На Предприятиях Нефтяного Комплекса

Abstract

В статье рассматривается взаимосвязь оперативного и стратегического управления для предприятий нефтяного комплекса. Для повышения эффективности деятельности нефтяной компании, а также обеспечения устойчивого развития необходим гибкий, универсальный подход к управлению стратегий компании. В целом разработана система ключевых показателей для оценки эффективности реализации стратегии устойчивого развития с учетом специфики предприятий нефтяного комплекса. Внедрение системы ключевых показателей эффективности учитывает индивидуальные стратегические цели и уникальную стратегию каждой конкретной компании, повышает качество ее оперативного и стратегического управления и, как результат, повышает ее конкурентоспособность.
