Abstract

Дана оценка происходящих изменений в функционировании закрытых административно-территориальных образований России под воздействием как внешних факторов обострения внешнеполитической обстановки, так и внутренних долгосрочного наращивания стратегического военного потенциала и усиления роли оборонного комплекса в экономике России. Рассмотрена проблема согласования функций по обеспечению национальной безопасности и сбалансированному социально-экономическому развитию закрытых городов Арктической зоны России.
