Abstract

Исследуется эффективность государственного регулирования экономики на примере электроэнергетики России и ЖКХ, причины отрицательных результатов, обоснованность соответствующих концепций, анализируются концептуальные элементы реформы, ожидаемый и полученный эффект, причины несостоятельности и возврата государства в сферу ЖКХ. Особое внимание уделено некоторым аспектам функционирования института саморегулирования России.
