Abstract

Состояние рынка заемных ресурсов для предпринимательства в его комплексном понимании формируют пять основных факторов: спрос, предложение, результаты предыдущих периодов, внешняя среда и характеристики кредитного портфеля. Именно эти факторы и образуют впечатление бизнеса от рынка заемных ресурсов, если существенно снижается один из них, снижается спрос на ресурсы. Взаимовлияние данных факторов, в конечном итоге сказывается на развитии инновационного предпринимательства в стране.
