Abstract

Статья освещает базовые аспекты, механизмы и инструменты инновационной деятельности естественных монополий (на примере железнодорожной отрасли), использование которых в современных условиях хозяйствования способствует росту инновационной активности субъектов естественных монополий. В статье делается акцент на необходимость взаимодействия конкурентного и регулируемого сегментов естественной монополии для обеспечения достижения максимального эффекта от использования инновационного продукта или услуги.
