Логистическое Управление Запасами В Условиях Системных Рисков И Финансовых Ограничений Предприятия

Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость применения модифицированной формулы Уилсона для расчета экономичного объема заказа материальных ресурсов в условиях инфляции. Результаты расчетов показали, что учет финансовых потерь (альтернативных издержек), позволяет более обоснованно подойти к определению параметров управления производственными запасами. Косвенный эффект состоит в разработке инструмента, позволяющего в оперативном режиме формировать систему параметров управления запасами в различных условиях экономической конъюнктуры.
