Методы Повышения Надежности Кредитных Учреждений

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы повышения конкурентоспособности коммерческих банков за счет дальнейшего роста доходности и ликвидности кредитных учреждений. Для решения этой задачи предложена многоэтапная экономико-математическая модель. Она обеспечивает, во-первых, определение возможных объемов привлечения и размещения денежных средств с учетом минимального уровня ликвидности, процентного риска, а также соблюдения обязательных экономических нормативов достаточности собственных средств и ликвидности и, во-вторых, на основе перебора варьируемых элементов учетной политики и получения комплексной оценки надежности формирует оптимальный вариант плана банковской деятельности. В работе приведена практическая реализация предлагаемого подхода на примере одного из крупнейших российских банков ОАО «Банк ВТБ»
