Abstract

В статье рассматривается сложившаяся ситуация в области регулирования полномочий по формированию доходной части бюджетов муниципальных образований, а также приведен анализ реформы местного самоуправления. Рассмотрены направления развития системы финансового обеспечения местных бюджетов, которые будут способствовать удовлетворению различных потребностей местных сообществ.
