Основные Принципы Организации Межфирменной Кооперации

Abstract

В данном исследовании отмечается важность присутствия в российской экономике различных форм кооперирования и сотрудничества. Автором обобщаются и дополняются фундаментальные принципы функционирования экономических систем, проводится глубокий анализ межфирменной кооперации. В статье обосновывается значимость межфирменной кооперации в обеспечении устойчивого развития инновационных промышленных предприятий. Подчеркивается роль кластерного подхода для создания новых форм знаний, образования новых научно-технических направлений, для поддержки сферы образования, коммерциализации инноваций. Анализируются проблемы реализации кластерных инициатив в России. Приводятся рекомендации по координации, государственному регулированию процессов межфирменной кооперации.
