Abstract

В статье представлен критический анализ текущей ситуации в российском банковском надзоре и регулировании с точки зрения их соответствия Базелю II и Базелю III. В работе освещаются специфические для России проблемы, которые мешают полной имплементации Базельских соглашений в российский банковский сектор на текущий момент.
