Модернизация Национальной Энергетической Системы Как Геополитический Фактор Устойчивого Развития

Abstract

Рассмотрены основные особенности и подходы к осуществлению научно-технологической модернизации национальной энергетической системы. Определена взаимосвязь между устойчивым развитием экономики, топливно-энергетическим комплексом, энергетической эффективностью и энергетической безопасностью, как основными факторами, определяющими геополитические позиции государства. Выявлено, что для обеспечения модернизации национальной энергетической системы необходимо ориентироваться не столько на прорывные сценарии полной реорганизации топливно-энергетического комплекса, сколько на сценарии, основанные на планомерной системной трансформации всей национальной экономики. Эти сценарии являются основой для успешного перехода от традиционного индустриального к инновационному постиндустриальному типу развития как на уровне национальной экономике, так и на уровне отдельных отраслей.
