Блиц-Анализ Растущей Компании И Управление Рисками

Abstract

Блиц-анализ компании это анализ соотношения стадий жизненного цикла предприятия, а также его продукта и рыночной ниши. В статье блиц-анализ компании рассматривается для стадии ее роста. Одним из основных этапов анализа является диагноз предприятия с отнесением ситуации к одному из трех основных типов: «все сегодня хорошо»; «не все сегодня хорошо» и «все сегодня плохо». В зависимости от диагноза, принимаются необходимые меры. Представлено 22 варианта типовых соотношения жизненных стадий комплекса «предприятие-рынок-продукт» с установлением предварительного диагноза главных проблем и рисков предприятия и дачей рекомендаций. Эффективность блиц-анализа показана на примере конкретной компании.
