Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы совершенствования системы обязательного медицинского страхования в России. Обоснована необходимость ее реформирования и принятия нового законодательства в рассматриваемой области.Russian compulsory medical insurance system is discussed. The need to reform this system on the basis of new legal documents to be valid in respective fields is substantiated.
