Abstract

Рассматриваются различные подходы к оценке интеллектуальной собственности (ИС) и инновации в этой сфере. Определены проблемные ситуации и «узкие места» в экономическом механизме превращения инноваций в полезные продукты и услуги. Рассмотрены основные международные методики оценки ИС, особо выделена программа «Quick Inside» как глобальная экспертная система последнего поколения. Рассмотрены доходные и затратные методы оценки ИС, принятые в российской оценочной практике. Исследована возможность использования опционной модели Блека-Шольца для оценки стоимости нематериальных активов
