Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы современного студенчества: особенности мотивации профессиональной деятельности, анализируются ведущие мотивы трудовой занятости, вопросы трудоустройства и пр. Данный материал будет способствовать осмыслению реальных социальных проблем студенческой молодежи, вступающей в самостоятельную жизнь в условиях социокультурных трансформаций и глубокого экономического кризиса.In the actual problems of modern students: especially the motivation of professional activity, examines the leading reasons of employment, employment issues, etc. This material will facilitate comprehension of the real social problems of students coming into independent living in a socio-cultural transformations and deep economic crisis.
