Особенности Формирования Российских Финансово-Промышленных Групп

Abstract

Корпорации в России и в других странах мира формировались через концентрацию капиталов или производств, однако российские корпоративные структуры стали возникать в условиях быстрой приватизации государственной собственности с переходом экономики на рыночные принципы. Управление российскими структурами регулируется преимущественно многочисленными юридическими документами, что отличает их от аналогичных структур, сформировавшихся в развитых странах. Госкорпорации в развитых странах являются следствием оптимизации конкурентного режима, тогда как российские госкорпорации это способ адекватного управления экономикой страны. Участие государства в управлении корпорациями необходимо для поддержания производства нерентабельных, но социально значимых товаров и услуг.
