Abstract

В статье автор показывает необходимость формирования подробных представлений о сущности, целях, функциях новой области науки как принциповедение, ожидаемых результатах, направлениях исследований, о круге задач, требующих решения. Важно обосновать первоочередность этих решений и наметить необходимые для нормальной деятельности мероприятия, разработать обоснованные предложения по подготовке специалистов-принциповедов и решению задач по обеспечению данной области исследований квалифицированными кадрами.The author shows the necessity of creating the specific ideas about the nature, purpose, functions as a new field of science printsipovedenie, expected results, research directions, the terms of problems to be solved. It is important to justify the priority of these solutions and identify necessary for normal functioning of the event, justified proposals for training specialists and decision-printsipovedov tasks to ensure this research qualified personnel.
