Abstract

В течение двух последних десятилетий в России имеет место непрерывное повышение смертности и уменьшение рождаемости. Немалую роль в этом играет система здравоохранения. В стране расширяется практика предоставления платной медицинской помощи в размерах, недоступных для подавляющего большинства населения. Пример подает Управление делами Президента, консультация кардиолога в клинике которого в 40 раз превышает расценки, действующие в системе обязательного медицинского страхования. 84% граждан страны этот подход не одобряют и считают его социально несправедливым. В 2011 году начат важный социальный проект модернизация здравоохранения. Предусматривается оснащение медицинских учреждений современным оборудованием, внедрение передовых информационных систем и современных стандартов оказания медицинской помощи, основанных на принятой в развитых странах системе
