Abstract

Экономическая безопасность Республики Казахстан в значительной мере зависит от степени использования транзитного потенциала республики и от покрытия потребностей внутреннего рынка в энергоресурсах. C этими аспектами связан целый ряд законодательных, инвестиционных, технологических и иных трудностей. Основные пути решения выявленных проблем: формирование соответствующей международным стандартам нормативно-правовой базы по развитию транзитного потенциала; принятие конкретных мер по модернизации транспортной инфраструктуры;упрощение процедур пересечения государственной границы автомобильным и железнодорожным транспортом; развитие сервисной инфраструктуры на межгосударственных автомобильных магистралях; повышение конкурентоспособности нефтеперерабатывающей промышленности республики; развитие интеграционного сотрудничества с Россией в области нефтепереработки.
