Abstract

Рассматриваются специфика и критерии определения эффективности в сфере государственного управления. Подчеркивается важность социального эффекта результатов деятельности органов государственной власти для общества. Акцентировано внимание на понятиях общественной и социальной полезности в сфере государственного управления.Specificity and criteria of definition of efficiency in sphere of the government are considered. Importance of social effect of results of activity of public authorities for a society is underlined. The attention to concepts of public and social utility in sphere of the government is focused.
