Инновационно-Технологический Кластер «Мортадель» Путь К Обеспечению Продовольственной Безопасности России

Abstract

Свиноводство наиболее перспективная отрасль животноводства, и ее модернизация может в значительной мере способствовать обеспечению продовольственной безопасности России. В настоящее время российские производители мясной продукции мало используют отечественную свинину ввиду того, что ее жирность и стоимость значительно выше, по сравнению со странами-лидерами свиноводства. Большинство российских агрофирм работают по старым технологиям. Исключением в этой области является компания «Мортадель», фактически представляющая собой прогрессивный образец инновационно-технологического кластера (ИТК) в аграрно-промышленном комплексе России. Созданный в ее структуре Селекционно-генетический центр (СГЦ) работает во всем производственно-технологическом диапазоне от производства собственных кормов и сырьевой мясной продукции до полной переработки ее в деликатесные мясные продукты и их реализацию через свою многоканальную торговую сеть. Выращивание свиней ведется в фермерских хозяйствах под контролем и с помощью СГЦ. Комплексная инновационная технология ведения бизнеса в этой компании на много десятилетий опережает схемы производства, которые используются сейчас в мире, дает ключ к решению проблемы фермерства в России и обеспечению продовольственной безопасности страны.
