Обновление Тяжелых Машин В Посткризисный Период На Основе Инновационных Проектов

Abstract

Решение стратегических задач экономической модернизации России невозможно без надежного функционирования и развитии машиностроения, металлургии и энергетики. В то же время, основное тяжелое оборудование, работающее в этих отраслях, находится в эксплуатации 30-40 лет и устарело на 60-85%. Обновление этого оборудования требует своевременного диагностирования и замены всех активных частей. Эта работа должна основываться на инновационных проектах, позволяющих сохранить для дальнейшей эксплуатации базовые детали, составляющие до 80% массы и стоимости этих машин, и осуществляться за счет модернизации систем привода, управления и механизации. Требуются также организационно-законодательные меры, поскольку в настоящее время большинство крупных предприятий принадлежат частным владельцам.
