Abstract

Для оценки результативности управленческих решений представляется возможным использовать такие критерии как допустимость, эффективность, оптимальность. Управленческое решение, выраженное в количественной форме, оптимально только тогда, когда цель единственна, ограничения сформулированы четко и соответствующая экстремальная математическая задача решена. Однако многие экономические явления, процессы и отношения, зачастую, трудно формализовать и выразить в количественных показателях. Необходима оценка качества управленческих решений по критериям эмпирического и теоретического характера.
