Abstract

В статье проводится описание текущей ситуации на рынке труда, связанной с формированием конкурентоспособных трудовых ресурсов, выделяются проблемы связанные с данным процессом. Корпоративные и отраслевые системы подготовки кадров рассматриваются автором исходя из современных подходов к формированию конкурентоспособных трудовых ресурсов.This article describes the current situation in the labor market, coupled with the formation of competitive labor resources are allocated problems associated with this process. Corporate and industrial training systems considered by the author as alternative mechanisms of competitive labor force.
