Инвестиционная Конъюнктура В Российской Промышленности

Abstract

Имеющий место дефицит инвестиций для инновационного развития российской промышленности увеличивает ее технологическое отставание от промышленности стран с развитыми рынками. Хотя в середине первой декады XXI столетия наблюдалось повышение темпов роста инвестиционной активности в реальном секторе экономики, по сравнению с предыдущим периодом, годовые объемы инвестиций оставались существенно ниже уровня 1990 г. В настоящее время наиболее высокие объемы инвестиций приходятся на добывающие отрасли и торговлю. Объемы инвестиций по отраслям не соответствуют их вкладу в валовую добавленную стоимость; очевидна недоинвестированность обрабатывающей промышленности. Доля иностранных инвестиций в общем их объеме по стране составляет около 15-18%. До недавнего времени наибольший интерес для иностранцев представляли инвестиции в машиностроение, при этом, например, в 2007-2008 гг. около 90% объема иностранных инвестиций в отрасли машиностроения были направлены на создание новых автомобильных предприятий. В настоящее время первое место в рейтинге предпочтений зарубежных компаний занимает станкостроение.
