Государственная Поддержка Инновационного Предпринимательства: Европейский И Американский Опыт

Abstract

Система государственной поддержки малого инновационного бизнеса в экономически развитых странах реализуется через содействие малому бизнесу в целом и через содействие организациям, занятым непосредственно инновационной деятельностью. Процесс коммерциализации технологий также осуществляется с приоритетным участием государства. Показаны используемые в разных странах модели стимулирования малого предпринимательства, их сильные и слабые стороны. России следовало бы опираться на ключевые элементы высокоэффективной американской системы, которая базируется на институте государственной поддержки инновационного предпринимательства и на четкой системе правовых актов.
