Abstract

Статья посвящена перспективам развития научных знаний в ХХI веке и становлению российской науки лидером новой научной революции. Данный процесс необходимо базировать на экономическом объединение вузовской и академической науки на базе синтеза знаний и достижений трех предыдущих великих научно-технических революций: научной, образовательной и информационной.The article is devoted to the prospects of development and standing science in the XXI century of the Russian science the leader of a new scientific revolution. This process is necessary to base synthesis of knowledge and achievements of three previous great scientific and technological revolutions: scientific, educational and informational.
