Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема развития экспорта и экспортных инвестиций России. В настоящее время российское правительство предпринимает активные меры по увеличению российского несырьевого экспорта, для этого выделяются значительные бюджетные средства. Отдельно рассматривается деятельность Российского Агентства по страхованию экспортных кредитов и инвестиций (ЭКСАР).
