Abstract

Проблема неплатежей, как и в целом слабая финансовой дисциплина, характерны для экономики России. Поэтому использование данной договорной конструкции представляется необходимым. Затрагиваются вопросы становления института финансирования под уступку денежного требования, его значения и актуальности применения.Nonpayment problem along with on the whole poor financial discipline is characteristic for Russian economics. Therefore, the use of this contractual instrument seems to be useful. Issues relevant to factoring agreement origin, importance and application are discussed.
