Методология Оценки Инновационного Потенциала Сетевой Экономики

Abstract

На основе анализа существующих методологических подходов к оценке инновационного потенциала сетевых систем предложена методология выявления и установления характеристик инновационного потенциала сетевой экономики, позволяющая оценить качественные и количественные составляющие этого потенциала и определить их соответствие целям формирования и развития национальной инновационной системы. Рекомендованы и определены четыре этапа оценки инновационного потенциала сетевой экономики. Основными структурными элементами инновационного потенциала экономической системы являются ресурсные, институциональные, инфраструктурные и результирующие совокупности факторов.
