Abstract

Market of paid services is discussed as one of the Russian economics most dynamically developing sectors. In addition to the fact that this market demonstrates positive dynamics of market cost indices, it gradually turns to specific ground for the implementation of both innovational technologies and new lobbyism and competition struggle methods and means.
