Abstract

Преодоление кризисных и конфликтных ситуаций на предприятиях России в условиях мирового экономического кризиса следует вести путем совершенствования корпоративной культуры. Корпоративная культура позволяет компании адаптироваться к изменениям внешней и внутренней среды.During global economic crisis, conflict situations at Russian enterprises should be overcome by improving the corporate culture. Corporate culture helps companies to adapt to changing external and internal business environment.
