Психологический Аспект Личности Преподавателя Как Фактор Модернизации Российского Образования

Abstract

Ализируются различные подходы к определению самоотношения в структуре Я-концепции. Акцент сделан на том, что оно представлено в сознании преподавателя достоверным, не вызывающим сомнений переживанием личностного смысла «Я». Процесс изменения самоотношения преподавателя возможен только на основе гуманитарно-методологической ориентации и акмеологического обеспечения развития самоотношения в структуре Я-концепции преподавателя путем использования личностно-ориентированных технологий профессионального развития. Автор отмечает, что акмеологическое сопровождение развития самоотношения способствует построению собственной эффективной стратегии развития и профессиональной самореализации в контексте модернизации образовательной системы в целом.
