Abstract

Разработка и принятие эффективных управленческих решений обеспечивает устойчивость функционирования управленческой команды. Дается определение понятий «устойчивость» и «конкурентоспособность», выявляется их роль и значение, дается обзор научных подходов и концепций по этим понятиям.Management team functional sustainability is ensured through development and acceptance of effective management decisions. «Sustainability» and «competitiveness» terms are determined, their role and importance are revealed. Overview of scientific approaches and concepts related to these terms is brought about.
