Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные особенности, достоинства и недостатки механизмов управления планово-директивной экономикой СССР с позиции перехода к рыночным отношениям в экономике РФ. Показана необходимость применения в определенный исторический период развития страны механизмов управления на основе принципов директивности. Рассмотрены возможности заимствования отдельных элементов планирования при управлении рыночной экономикой России.The article describes the main features, advantages and shortcomings in management planning and the command economy of the USSR from a position of transition to a market economy in Russia. The necessity of using a certain historical period, development of governance based on the principles of directiveness. The possibilities of borrowing some elements of planning in the management of Russia's market economy.
