Инновационная Модернизация И Технологическое Развитие: Отказ Или Корректировка Стратегии?

Abstract

Рассматривается состояние процессов инновационной модернизации экономики России. Отмечаются низкие темпы создания новых технологий и их освоения, существенно отстающие от нормативных оценок, установленных Федеральными документами. На основе анализа причин низких темпов инновационной модернизации сформулированы предложения по их устранению в рамках новой модели развития экономики, способной обеспечить востребованность отечественных инновационных решений, поддержку длинных технологических цепочек в экономике и гармонизировать развитие добывающих, перерабатывающих и обрабатывающих отраслей.
