Abstract

Менеджмент необходимо вести с учетом основных положений современной теории систем и с использованием инструментария, предоставляемого такими элементами экономического механизма системы управления, как бизнес-инжиниринг и реинжиниринг. Раскрыты основные положения этой теории, подробно рассмотрены вышеуказанные элементы, в особенности эффективные при разработке мер по реорганизации предприятий или группы предприятий с целью совершенствования их организационной структуры, а также экономической, кадровой и других систем. Аутсорсинг рассматривается как наиболее эффективный инструмент бизнес-инжиниринга в экономическом механизме современной системы управления предприятием.
