Роль Благотворительного Сектора В Становлении Гражданского Общества В Российской Федерации

Abstract

Институт благотворительности является важной частью гражданского общества. В статье дано определение института благотворительности, подчеркнута важная роль законодательства в развитии благотворительности. Рассмотрено законодательство в сфере благотворительности в Российской Федерации основные правовые акты и система налогообложения негосударственных некоммерческих организаций. Большие налоговые вычеты за занятие благотворительностью приводят к появлению схем уклонения от уплаты налогов, в том числе вывода денежных средств в оффшорные территории.
