Abstract

В работе раскрываются теоретические основы экономической эффективности формирования производственных, интегрированных структур. Их преимущества демонстрируются на примере формирования вертикально интегрированных структур в алюминиевой промышленности в рамках создаваемого металлургического алюминиевого кластера Казахстана. Также анализируется ценный опыт, накопленный в последние годы в процессе организации подобных структур в Российской Федерации.The paper reveals the theoretical foundations of economic efficiency of production and integrated structures formation. Their advantages are demonstrated by the example of the formation of vertically integrated structures in the aluminium industry in the framework created by smelting aluminium cluster in Kazakhstan. Also examines the valuable experience gained in the organization of such structures in the Russian Federation in recent years.
