Антикризисное Управление В Контексте Теоретико-Методологических Основ Его Исследования

Abstract

Эффективное управление экономикой страны и предприятия с использованием элементов маркетинга, определяющее выживание десятков тысяч российских предприятий в условиях рыночной экономики, приобретает особую важность в период кризиса. Антикризисное управление это комплексная модель превентивного управления, действующая в целях нейтрализации или смягчения кризисных ситуаций. Рассмотрены концептуальные основы антикризисного управления в мировой экономической теории и практике, изложены основные подходы к исследованию антикризисного управления в мире, делается их сравнительный анализ. Предложен авторский подход к антикризисному управлению предприятием, основанный на исследовании и учете предприятием взаимосвязи между элементами маркетингового комплекса и показателями эффективности проектов.
