Принятие Инвестиционных Решений В Зарубежных Предпринимательских Структурах

Abstract

Принятие инвестиционных решений в предпринимательских структурах разных стран осуществляется исходя из набора показателей, главными из которых являются ожидаемая экономическая эффективность их реализации, степень риска, и экологическая характеристика. Системы принятия инвестиционных решений в разных странах имеют свои особенности, так же как направления выработки эффективных способов инвестирования и выбора инструментов стратегического управления инвестициями, которые призваны обеспечить оптимизацию решений и связанных с ними рисков. Приведены показатели эффективности инвестиционных проектов, используемые большинством зарубежных предпринимательских структур, и критерии ранжирования этих проектов.
