Факторы Роста Экономики России В Условиях Развернувшегося Глобального Системного Кризиса

Abstract

В статье дается анализ кризисной ситуации в мире и России и обосновывается с позиций мировоззренческого подхода срочная необходимость решения проблем социально-экономического развития России, ускорения ее экономического роста и устойчивого развития. С этих же позиций на базе нового методологического инструментария выявляется объективная причина развертывания системного кризиса, возможность выхода на бескризисное устойчивое развитие с одной единственной целью позволить каждому конкретному человеку стать совершенным. Предлагается разработать мега-проект по формированию новой модели жизнеустройства на каждом местном уровне и механизм ее реализации.
