Abstract

Статья посвящена субъектам малого предпринимательства строительной отрасли, их месту в отрасли и проблемам управления ими. Поднимается вопрос необходимости внедрения наиболее эффективных методов менеджмента строительной организацией, в частности, процессного подхода. В статье дается характеристика отдельных элементов данного подхода, рассматриваются методы и способы их реализации на предприятии с точки зрения выделения и оптимизации издержек предприятия с логистической точки зрения и приводятся результаты внедрения процессного подхода на примере логистической службы строительного предприятия.
