Abstract

Практика коллективных инвестиций широко распространена в мире, поскольку это даёт возможность аккумулировать значительные средства и распределять риски между инвесторами. В России пока существует ряд проблем, не позволяющих использовать потенциал коллективного инвестирования полностью. На основе конкретизации таких проблем показан механизм преодоления трудностей в финансовой сфере. Решение проблем функционирования институтов коллективных инвестиций на российском финансовом рынке зависит как от развития инвестиционных компаний, так и от совершенствования механизма регулирования государством рыночной среды.
