Abstract

Анализ некоторых научных трудов обосновывает необходимость внесения в гражданское законодательство положений поставки нефти и нефтепродуктов как разновидности договора купли продажи. Поэтому целью статьи является краткое исследование зарубежного опыта поставки нефти и нефтепродуктов с целью выявления и применения наилучших практик. Проведенное исследование основано на применении общенаучных и специальных методов и подходов. Исходным научным материалом статьи являются только теоретические наработки ученых и специалистов применительно к договору поставки. Предлагается кратко рассмотреть особенности договора поставки нефти и нефтепродуктов в зарубежных странах с целью применения их наилучших практик.
