Abstract

В статье проанализированы такие проблемы современного гражданского процесса, как нарушение сроков судопроизводства, этики поведения судьи, а также злоупотребления процессуальными правами со стороны лиц, участвующих в деле. Автором предложены некоторые пути разрешения сложившейся ситуации
