Упрощенные Судебные Производства: Понятие И Сущность

Abstract

Статья посвящена упрощенным судебным производствам, которые автор рассматривает как одно из направлений упрощения гражданского судопроизводства, характеризующееся использованием упрощенной гражданской процессуальной формы. Обосновывая через данную категорию, единство сущности приказного и упрощенного производств в цивилистическом процессе, предлагается решение дискуссионного вопроса относительно признания их правосудием.
